ever since i saw alexa chung wearing the metallic doc marten shoes on her show, i couldnt get them out of my head. they are just the cutest darn things! i finally gave in today and checked them out on the dm online store.

but then i saw these..







it was love at first sight. they are on the way to my house right now! yipee!

    wow those are actually pretty cool! in the photo the silver picks up the brown on the floor and gave it a bit of a bronze color which was what i thought at first. but the gold ones are equally as cool!

    Awesome - Alexa makes me do a lot of things too lol, but usually it means I get to be adventurous so it's all good.

    Love the metallic docs...I still have mine from when I was 12, I oughta dig them out again and wear them more this fall:)

    Oh wow those doctor martens are sweet! I have boots, but they aren't very summer friendly and I fear I may have to wear them in again!
