(manoush fringe dress, aa opaque tights, marni shoes, vintage bag, fox tail)
above are some of my favorite pieces at the getty. i loved the byzantine art, the alter pieces are so beautiful. i wish i had one hanging in my loft. they had a leonardo da vinci exhibition as well. it was not what i had expected. i was hoping to see some of his paintings but it was mostly sketches and manuscripts. this week im planning on going to the japanese american national museum in little tokyo. here is a list of their current exhibitions: http://www.janm.org/exhibits/ im looking forward to the mixed portraits and textured lives exhibition. i'll try to document the day as best as i can. but im desperately in need of a new camera. send recommendations my way please. :)

My favorite art is romanticism. It's slightly gothic inspired. I wish I lived near some art museums but I'll settle for the galleries.
