the above photo is of roxie and i at the drais pool party last night. big hats, sheer lace and leopard, feathers, and dark lips.. all of the things im really feeling right now. so i have 2 pieces of news. good news.. mia fixed my fox tail for me! bad news.. i broke my camera last night. i guess this really forces me to get a new camera this month. send recommendations my way plz. :) thnx.

i finally had to put my fur tail down as i watched it get ripped in half at cinespace the other night. it was the saddest sight, but i did get plenty of wear out of it before it passed away so no complaints there. kind of wanting a colored one next, maybe in blue or lime green. we'll see. this militaryish jacket (i got at h&m for some redic sale price i believe it was something like ten dollars or so) has been my best friend as of late. its just light enough to wear in the chilly summer nights. note to self: must find something similar in army green asap.

these ann demeulemeesters are definitely on the top of my list of fav shoes i own. i especially love them with socks or tights. they go with practically anything and look so chic without making it look like youre trying. for me, thats the key to dressing well. effortless cool.
ps. another closet cleanout is coming soon. this time i will have shoes as well.
