remember when i posted this wishlist in april? this clutch was the last of 3 items from the wishlist that i allowed myself to purchase (tank and sunnies were the other two). it would be ridiculous to try to get everything on my forever growing wishlist, but if i let myself splurge on a few items every few months i am content. im not saying that material items are things that are important in life, because they really are not. the simplest joys in life are free.. sunsets, beaches, puppy kisses, making the yellow light, running barefoot in the rain.. but i feel that a few beautiful things in a closet can also make you smile when you get dressed every morning. especially when you have to drag yourself out of bed at 6am and sit through 2 hours of LA traffic to get to work.. trust me, i know.
