Neutrals are my best friends. I seem to always gravitate towards shades of browns, blacks, and whites whenever I shop. But once in a while it's absolutely necessary to inject a bit of color into my ensemble. I find that the easiest way to add a pop of color is by tying it around my waist. On most days I grab a flannel but this day I wanted to keep it dressier so I threw on my silk Equipment blouse instead. It added that extra oomph I needed without loosing the polished feel I liked. Also, adding extra layers is the perfect styling trick for a transitional look. So yes, it would be nice to actually transition already, LA!
