Coachella recap: Day 1

What I love the most about being in Palm Springs is the ability to lounge around in a bikini all day without a care in the world. The weather is absolutely perfect, the drinks are strong, and you get to dance and swim all night with your best friends. On our first day there we took it easy and hung around the house most of the day. It was one of the most relaxing nights I've had in a long time. Much needed after the hectic few months I have been having lately. I chose to wear an all white ensemble while my roommate wore a black coverup with her doc martens. It's funny because we are literally polar opposites in personalities yet we get along so well, and it shows in the way we dress as well. She's been to 3 Coachellas with me and I really couldn't imagine my trip without her. In fact, I think we are going back next weekend for round 2! Now I gotta figure out what to pack (again)..
