Thank you Tobi for sending this adorable summer dress. One of my favorites on rotation right now. Obsessed with this shade of blue, being the color of the year and all, not to mention it looks great on every skin tone. I love how this dress can be dressed up or down. A pair of cute heels for a night out or in my case, a pair of sandals and printed backpack for a daytime outing. I love how the cut out almost makes it look like a two piece but in fact it's a simple dress with a lot of character, just like the little turquoise house on the corner of my favorite block.
