Lately I have been loving all things gingham. It's the perfect print for spring, so light, so girly, and oh so cute. It's a spendid addition to your wardrobe to give it a fresh update this season.
Straw bags are having a huge moment right now. I'm so glad I ended up getting this one on my last trip to Mexico. You can find a large selection of straw bags on ebay as well. My favorites are the vintage ones.

I wore this look on Mother's day when I took my mom out for shopping and ice cream. Coincidentally we were both matching in our plaids and ginghams. Like mother, like daughter right? I'm so glad my mom lives only a 30 minute drive away. I get to spend time with her pretty often, not just on holidays like Mother's day. Plus, she knows all my good angles and is quite the photographer. Mama bear, you da best! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Happy Mother's day to all the moms out there, and the dads who play the role of mom, and all the pet moms too!
