sea of succulents

Last week I went on a mini road trip to San Diego with my friend Judy. Unfortunately it started raining shortly after we arrived, but we did get a chance to snap a few photos, sift through records at a thrift store and shop at the most adorable gift shop full of succulents. I wish we could have stayed a little longer but I was in the best company and had a fun time in spite of the weather dilemma.



My heart literally does a happy dance every time I see a succulent. When I see an entire wall of them beautifully displayed, I damn near explode with joy. Life goals: build a succulent wall inside my home one day.



I can not vouch for this coffee shop. I didn't get a chance to try "the best coffee in old town" but the sign sure is pretty right?

I get mixed reviews on this pair of jeans. Some people absolutely love it, and others abhor it. Personally, I love them! To say they are the most comfortable jeans I have ever owned would be an understatement. I love the way they swoosh every time I take a step. *swoosh swoosh swoosh* Here I come in my giant man repelling pants. The trick to pulling these off is to pair them with a form fitting top, and since bodysuits are trending this season, it was a no brainer. Not to mention, a flowy top worn with these oversized jeans would only succeed to make me look like a walking jellyfish. How do you feel about these baggy frayed culottes? Yay or nay?
