Who wears cowboy boots and a beret in 100 degree weather? Me, that's who. It was definitely a struggle getting through that day but it's nothing an air conditioned room couldn't fix. For some reason white cowboy boots screams summer to me and I have been wearing them with all my summer dresses and rompers. Now, I'm on the hunt for some cool colored boots!
