(diy bleached jacket, vintage hat and skirt, h&m peach tank, target tights, purple docs)
i love the whole bleached/acid wash denim trend that is happening right now. i took this old thrifted jacket i never wear anymore. twisted and tied it up with rubber bands and threw some clorox bleach on it. let it sit for about 10 min, then soaked it in water and washed it. easy, right? im waiting (impatiently) for my conical studs to come in the mail so i can have some real fun with this jacket!
(im also wearing the leather skirt that i found at jetrag last sunday for $1)

ReplyDeleteI love the DIY on the jean jacket. Very original!
ReplyDeleteHow do you avoid the bleached parts from getting all orange and stuff? Is the ingredient in your bleach chlorine? Cause I've worked with it at the uni, and it turns denim brown rather than white.
