its rare that i ever go out anymore but since dinh dinh is in town for the week we've been out and about the past few days. i made a few of these elastic bondage inspired harness things. its really versatile, ive been wearing it a lot lately over bodysuits, white tanks, and floral bodycon dresses. val wanted to try it on. i think it looks good on her! im going to play around with them some more and make a few more versions. possibly adding spikes, eyelets, chains, ect.

ever since i saw alexa chung wearing the metallic doc marten shoes on her show, i couldnt get them out of my head. they are just the cutest darn things! i finally gave in today and checked them out on the dm online store.

we have one more day of shooting left before everything goes up.
this is just a snippet of a few things we have worked on.

i just wanted to clarify a few things. there were a few questions asked about our lookbook. the photos were taken by us (roxie and i), and styled by us. we used a mixture of garments we made out of scratch, vintage modified garments, and our own personal garments.
breakdown of the garments (top to bottom):
diy modified vintage denim jacket

roxie got me this dress for $2 at a thrift store. the sleeves are incredible. my photo doesnt do it justice. note to self: search for more bell sleeve garments. the necklace im wearing was also $2 at my school's fabric store. they have a bunch of them in different colors and variations. i always buy them and give them out as gifts. call me cheap, but my friends all love them anyway..

these shoes are probably the best $30 i have ever spent on shoes. theyre so comfortable, ive been wearing them to death since ive got them. i just hope they dont fall apart on me.. you know how f21 is sometimes. dinh dinh is coming to town this weekend. im super excited! its her birthday weekend, we're gonna get the girls together for girls night out. fun!

sorry no outfit posts lately. i just started summer school today. not too excited about that. i have so much to do lately, i wish i could just take the summer off. i havent really bought anything new lately. but i am waiting to recieve a few things in the mail sometime this week including these miu miu wedges. i have no idea what season its from, but im super excited to pair them with socks and shorts for the summer!
