little tokyo, or as it is fondly nicknamed 'japangeles', is one of my favorites spots to hang out in whenever i am in downtown LA. its a quick 5 min drive from all my samplemakers, is home to some of my favorite sushi spots, and has the cutest little hidden gems to shop in. i almost bought that japangeles hat from a street vendor but the boyfriend convinced me that i needed to grow my hair out before hats looked normal on me again. perhaps he is right, or perhaps he is just trying to trick me into not buying things i dont need.
