About a month ago my boyfriend moved into a warehouse loft in DTLA. From day 1 I knew I wanted to take advantage of his rooftop and shoot with the gorgeous view of DTLA as my backdrop. When I used to live in DTLA a few years ago, I used to shoot on my roof all the time and I never realized just how much I missed having that! Expect more posts coming from his roof in the foreseeable future. Also I just want to take a minute to talk about this forever 21 skirt. I've been looking for a suede button up skirt for a while now and havent found one that I liked enough. Either the price was right but the fabric was shitty or the fabrication was right but the price was way too high. At $35 and genuine suede, this one is a steal! Expect more posts of this skirt as well.

Last night we went to a comedy show at The Comedy Store, it was soooo great, I am still floating on clouds from just how much fun I had. Surprise guests of the night included Dane Cook and Andy Dick. It was a show put on by the gals from my absolute favorite podcast ever. Which brings me to my next recommendation for the day, the Guys We Fucked podcast. Shoutout to Corinne Fisher & Krystyna Hutchinson for being so amazing and empowering women to just be who they are and not giving a fuck about what society thinks they should be. I have listened to their podcast since Episode 1 and will tell you, that shit is life changing. It has definitely opened my eyes to a lot of issues in society that I have not given much thought to and they do it in such a relatable way where it feels like I am in a conversation with my closest girlfriends. I can go on forever about them but I'll leave it here and just say give their podcast a listen and see for yourself! HAPPY FRIDAY GUYS!! (ps they release new episodes every Friday!)
