Snow is such a magical thing isn't it? I love the way snow feels in my hands, I love the way it crunches under my boots, and I especially love the way it tastes when a snowflake lands on my tongue. I was lucky enough to have spent New Years Eve in Lake Tahoe last weekend where it snowed everyday. It was such a nice change in scenery. I'm missing the snow already!

I make the whimpiest snowballs! I blame my small hands =(

(vintage cropped turtleneck, Missguided sequined skirt, Zara boots)

I rang in the new year with my love and some friends in a cute little cabin in the snow. I wanted to keep things festive so I brought my sequined maxi skirt with me. I Paired the skirt with a chunky turtleneck for (a little) warmth. I really like the contrast it gives. warm and fluffy on top, bare and sparkly on bottom. Yes, I was still freezing but luckily we mostly stayed indoors so this was the perfect party outfit for NYE. More from my trip later on this week. I hope you guys are staying warm! <3
